At times life gets too hectic and too crazy. We end up running after everything that is expected of us, and the shoulds and have to.
Sometimes things get chaotic cause that’s life. For me these moments are filled with darkness that we don’t want to deal with. Things we cannot see or will not see because we believe our sadness is too heavy to bear or we think we cannot cause we get depressed or anxious. These moments of darkness are much better tapped into vs escaped from.
They allow us to find that light from inside that moves us forward into who we are and who we are the happiest being. The best way to start is to stop hating on your darkness embrace it by asking yourself what colors are these things or feelings that are making me feel heavy or making me feel like I need to keep running.
