Colors are the best at helping us reduce anxiety because they have a conversation directly with our nervous system and emotions. Ever walked into a room with intense colors, and all you wanted to do was leave but walked into another, and all you wanted was to stay there forever cause it just felt so good.

I’ve put together a few color options for you to use when feeling anxious or sleepless. You can use these colors by wearing them, visualizing them, using them in meditation, or only looking at them *not from a screen though if you can’t sleep* These are not the only colors but the colors that felt right for right now! ⠀
Lavender: This color acts as an instant calmer to the nervous system; it asks us to connect our bodies and our minds and bring them to the center. ⠀
Lilac: with a touch of pink and blue, this color brings instant hope and asks us to find strength in our intuition and faith. ⠀
Peach: It’s a warm hug wrapped in sunshine. This color brings us to the playfulness that we enjoyed as children. ⠀
Pastel green: Neutralizing color that helps us understand that the power we have in our hearts is above all.
