Scrolling down instagram today was a trigger, to u Scrolling down instagram today was a trigger, to us who did get to have that “ideal” mother daughter relationships. Some of us were born into this world to be our mothers main challenges and for our mothers to be our greatest teachers in a painful way. Many of us couldn’t connect with the mothers who have birthed us into this world. Many of us Love our mothers but don’t necessarily like them and there is no shame in that. As we heal these wounds we remember love and compassion as we mother ourselves through this trigger. There is nothing I could tell you to make the hurt go away other than this is the journey your soul chose and thats why you are who you are today. Take care of yourself even more today. I love you <3

It’s a signal to make space in your heart by closing doors that no longer bring you love. Opening your heart and being kind requires strong boundaries so remember to work on them. A big message here is stop doing things that give you the same negative result just because you were told you have to.
